Nutrition Classes in the Work Place

Healthy Employees = Happy Employees

HELP's Work Place Classes:

Nutrition 101

HELP's Nutrition Classes are both interesting and interactive!
Classes provided to employees to assist them in learning how to make healthy choices for their families.  Learning how to read a label, how to cook vegetables in fun and tasty ways, how to cost out convenient foods compared to fresh produce.

Cooking Healthy is Easy!

Chef Adrienne will come in and do a Chef's Demo for your employees
to show them a few tricks to making what they like to eat healthier!

The employees will be able to try healthy food that day and take home recipe cards so that they can try these same recipes at home.
